Rich Panicucci has been an integral part of TMI Education since its inception in 1999, serving as Lead Consultant and driving impactful change within countless educational organizations. In 2019, he was appointed Senior Vice President to lead TMI's Strategic Planning Division, where he continues to provide visionary leadership and guidance. Today, as CEO, Rich steers the organization with a commitment to advancing strategic growth, leadership development, and transformative professional learning.

With nearly 30 years of experience in education, Rich has held diverse roles as a teacher, administrator, adjunct professor, and educational consultant specializing in innovation and strategic planning. As a long-time central office administrator and Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction, he has spearheaded numerous long-range strategic planning initiatives and successfully led program development and implementation efforts.

Rich’s leadership has also fostered groundbreaking partnerships between school districts, industry, and local universities, resulting in the creation of secondary dual enrollment programs in emerging fields such as mechatronics and user experience (UX) design. His contributions to educational thought leadership include several publications on inquiry-based instruction and professional development.
