For the last 24 years, Jackie has worked in education. Jackie taught as a classroom teacher, worked as an instructional coach helping teachers to perfect their practices in the classroom and currently works as adjunct professor at Centenary University and Ramapo College teaching methods' classes to preservice teachers. She is also working as a clinical supervisor working with undergraduates and graduates to attain their teaching certificates. Jackie holds an M.A. in Education and Supervisor Certificate. Jackie loves working with students and teachers directly through professional development.
