Programs don’t improve schools - people do.   Culture is the “way we do things around here”.  Culture indoctrinates new hires.  Let that last sentence sink in…  

The culture of a school determines the degree of its’ success.  A school’s culture is made up of the values, beliefs, and behaviors of its individual members. Creating learning spaces where each individual can grow and take risks requires a conscious focus on physical and psychological safety. This day benefits School Safety Team members, School Leaders, Climate and Culture Specialists, Teacher Leaders and any other members of a school that are interested in school improvement.

If your goal is to create schools to which folks want to belong, please join us to: 

  • assess and establish trust and rapport on an individual and group basis;
  • learn and practice the language of respect and resolution; 
  • practice structures for successful PLCs;
  • apply a conflict resolution tool; and
  • align actions and behaviors in a common and agreed upon direction

Payment Methods and Cancellation/Refund Policy: Payment can be made by purchase order (PO) or check. Please mail all correspondence, including purchase orders, checks and agreements to TMI Education at PO Box 922, Madison, NJ 07940. If you are unable to attend a program for which you have registered, email TMI Education at info@tmieducation or call seven (7) days prior to the program to request a refund. No refunds will be granted unless notification is provided within this time frame. TMI Education reserves the right to cancel events for any reason, including inclement weather and instructor illness. If TMI Education makes the decision to cancel a workshop, we will use the EMAIL contact information you have provided to us to inform you. In addition, we will post the announcement of cancellation on the respective TMI Education website workshop page. If TMI Education cancels, participants will be provided a choice of:

  • a full refund;
  • transfer to another, upcoming workshop date and location (space permitting); or
  • credit toward a future workshop. (Please note that all credits expire one (1) year from the date that they are issued.)
